By registering as a Bike to Work 2008 events volunteer, and in return for being allowed to participate as a volunteer in such events, and after due consideration of my age, health, physical condition, and ability and the inherent risks and personal risks involved in such activities, I voluntarily agree to assume all risks of loss that may arise out of my participation and I agree to waive any and all claims against the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) and the other persons described below.

For and on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, representatives and assigns, I hereby release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRCOG, its Board of Directors, members, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from and against any and all liabilities, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of damage, loss or injury to my person or property, whether anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from my participation in or the activities associated with any Bike to Work 2008 events, whether such damage, loss, or injury results from the negligence of DRCOG or any of its directors, members, officers, employees, agents or volunteers. I am aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating in the Bike to Work 2008 events and do hereby assume sole responsibility for all such risks and waive all claims against DRCOG and any other persons or groups associated with the Bike to Work 2008 events and programs, and their respective directors, members, officers, employees, agents and volunteers.
