| Summary |
This plan addresses the relevance of global climate change issues to the Denver community, describes the Greenprint Council’s planning process, provides an overview of the greenhouse gas inventory developed for the City by scientists at the University of Colorado at Denver, and lays out recommendations for the City to achieve its greenhouse gas reduction goal: to reduce citywide per capita emissions by 10 percent relative to 1990 levels by 2012. |
