The purpose of DRCOG's Congestion Mitigation Program (CMP) is to work with local, state, and national agencies to alleviate, avoid or adapt to traffic congestion. Congestion adversely impacts the economy, environment, quality of life, and public health of the Denver region.

DRCOG's goal is the efficient and equitable use of existing transportation networks to save commuters time and money. DRCOG's Congestion Mitigation Program encompasses four key sub-programs that help achieve this goal.

Key Sub-Programs

Travel Demand Management (TDM) Program
