Metro Vision 2035 is a long-range plan to manage growth within the Denver area. It addresses development, transportation needs, and environmental quality. Bringing communities together to enhance the region's quality of life is the plan's most important goal.

Metro Vision Regional Transportation Plan (Amended 2009)
The 2035 Metro Vision Regional Transportation Plan outlines needed transportation system improvements and denotes those improvements that can be reasonably expected in the region by 2035, given current funding levels.

2030 Mountains and Plains Transportation Plan (2005)
The 2030 Mountains and Plains Transportation Plan supplements the 2030 Metro Vision Regional Transportation Plan, providing further detail regarding the transportation policies, services and facilities to be provided through 2030 within the plains and mountainous areas of the Denver region.
The mountainous area comprises the counties of Clear Creek and Gilpin; the plains area is the portions of Adams and Arapahoe counties east of Kiowa Creek.

The Pedestrian and Bicycle Element of the 2035 Regional Transportation Plan (2009)
The Pedestrian and Bicycle Element of the 2035 Regional Transportation Plan provides a basis for the provision of bicycle and pedestrian facilities that function as a part of an integrated metropolitan transportation system within the Denver region.
The focus of the plan is on encouraging walking and bicycling for transportation purposes. The plan also includes policies and guidance for the maintenance and construction of facilities.

Transit Element of the 2030 Metro Vision Regional Transportation Plan
(Amended 2009)

The Transit Element of the 2030 Metro Vision Regional Transportation Plan includes an inventory of the region's transit providers and outlines regional transit needs through 2030. The report includes information on general public transit in addition to covering transportation for the elderly and disabled.
The amended version also serves as the Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan for the Denver metropolitan area.

Regional Travel Demand Management Strategic Plan (2005)
The Regional Travel Demand Management Strategic Plan expands upon the Travel Demand Management (TDM) sections of the 2030 Metro Vision Regional Transportation Plan. It will help to guide future expenditures of funds for TDM efforts.

Regional ITS Strategic Plan (2007)
The Denver Regional Intelligent Transportation Systems Strategic Plan, an element of the 2035 Metro Vision Regional Transportation Plan, identifies technology concepts that can improve traffic flow and transit trips, and provides the basis for funding decisions regarding their deployment.

The Denver Regional Transportation Operations Strategy defines a structure to advance day-to-day transportation operations with a regional perspective. The development of an action plan, based on this strategy, will follow.

FY2010-11 Unified Planning Work Program (Adopted July 2009)
The FY2010-2011 Unified Planning Work Program contains necessary planning activities identified by DRCOG, the Regional Transportation District, the Colorado Department of Transportation and others to address emerging or continuing transportation issues in the region.

Transportation Improvement Program

2008-2013 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) (2008)
The 2008-2013 Transportation Improvement Program identifies all federally funded transportation projects that are anticipated to occur in the region over a six-year period. It is prepared every two years by DRCOG and must meet air quality requirements.

Traffic Signal System Improvement Program (2007)
The Traffic Signal System Improvement Program, which governs DRCOG's traffic operations efforts, has two major components: a capital improvement program (which provides equipment and installs communications links) and a traffic signal timing improvement program (which provides new traffic signal timing and coordination plans).

This report, a joint effort of DRCOG and the Regional Transportation District, is an inventory of off-street parking cost and supply data for downtown Denver and other regional parking locations.
