Comment By Jodi Cvar For Regional Transportation Plan Comment The proposed "W-470 beltway", in my opinion, is unecessary and would be a waste of taxpayer funds. If supporters are successful and it is funded by private sector, thereby requiring users to pay a toll, we would sadly see the same results as the northwest tollway - well under used. As a frequent user of highway 93, I believe it is more than capable of handling travelers. Additionally, Indiana Street has been widened and provides an alternative route.
