Comment By Nancy Collins For Regional Transportation Plan Comment I am writing to ask you to reject the Jefferson Parkway proposal. I commute from Golden to Boulder each day by bus on SH 93. Even if a separate consortium proposes building the toll road, there are associated impacts on our local governments and local roads. I would prefer to see transportation resources spent on improving SH 93 and Indiana Ave, more frequent bus service along SH 93, and the addition of a safe bike route between Golden and Boulder. Given the financial underperformance of E470, despite the rosy promises when it was proposed and built, I would respectfully discourage supporting another toll road like it.
