Comment By Cheryl St. John For Regional Transportation Plan Comment Please vote no on the Jefferson Parkway. The plan is short- sighted in terms of true transportation solutions for our communities. Look at the track record of these kinds of projects both locally and nationally. They don't relieve congestion and only lead to more sprawl and hence greater congestion on our roads. The people of these communities won't gain from this plan, only the developers. There are smarter ways to promote economic growth and there are better solutions to the area's transportation needs.
