The Wednesday, December 17, 2025, Board of Directors meeting has been cancelled.
As you know, Xcel Energy has implemented voluntary power outages due to today’s windstorm. Given that some members may be unable to attend the virtual Board meeting, the Chair has decided to cancel the Board meeting scheduled for tonight.
To address any outstanding agency business, we plan to use the January 7 Board Work Session as a special meeting of the Board of Directors.
