The Wednesday, December 17, 2025, Performance and Engagement Committee meeting has been cancelled.
As you know, Xcel Energy has implemented voluntary power outages due to today’s windstorm. Given that some members may be unable to attend the virtual Board meeting, the Chair has decided to cancel the Performance and Engagement Committee meeting scheduled for tonight.
