DRCOG opens call for letters of interest for three set-aside programs
Join the informational webinar on October 14.

The Denver Regional Council of Governments is accepting letters of interest for three technical assistance set-aside programs from October 1 through November 15.
The three set-aside programs accepting letters of interest are:
The Community-Based Transportation Planning Set-Aside: Supports member governments in addressing mobility challenges in historically marginalized communities in the region. DRCOG staff collaborate with local governments and community organizations to identify the specific mobility needs for historically marginalized communities, develop community-informed solutions and outline funding and implementation strategies.
The Livable Centers Small-Area Set-Aside : Funds planning efforts used to integrate land use, housing and multimodal transportation to improve livability in key centers and nodes. Eligible projects include small-area plans, analyses or studies to align housing and land use strategies with transportation solutions.
The Innovative Mobility Set-Aside: Invests in collaborative efforts to further innovative mobility planning, preparedness and feasibility analyses. Eligible topics include, but are not limited to, curbside management, emerging modes, shared mobility, mobility as a service, transportation electrification, connected and automated vehicles, mobility data and mobility hubs.

Who can submit a letter of interest? Local governments, regional agencies, transportation management associations or organizations, transportation-focused nonprofits, Colorado state offices and Colorado public colleges and universities can all submit a letter of interest. Non-governmental organizations must have the support of local agencies in the project area. Due to the funding source, this opportunity is solely for projects in the boundary of the Denver metropolitan planning organization area.
